Introducing TruOI

As CEO and founder of iDashboards, I am excited to inform you that we are changing our name to TruOI. The “OI” in our name stands for Operational Intelligence. It reflects our commitment to providing an innovative platform that fundamentally improves our client’s operational success.

iDashboards was started in 2003 and over the years, we have served over 5,000 clients. We have continuously invested in our technology offerings and client services to better support you, our existing customers. Based on listening to you and changing market demands, we have evolved from a business intelligence company to an Operational Intelligence (OI) platform. 

Our new name, TruOI, better reflects our current technology capabilities and what we provide for growth-directed organizations seeking to improve their overall operational performance. But it’s not just our company name or logo that is changing.

We’ve also changed our website, our social media platforms, our messaging and our focus to better reflect the way we help our clients like yourself to succeed. Our customer commitment to you – to provide an outstanding software platform and personal support services, will remain the same.
