New Features
- Common Authentication: The iDashboards and the Data Hub are separate applications, each requiring its own login.
- Dashboard Designer > Display Mode: Currently the mobile experience will use the single-frame mode (either Vertical Scroll or Horizontal Scroll) and the option to use No Scrolling can be set by each end-user. In this release, there is a new Dashboard Property to set the initial display mode.
- Data Hub > Delete Table Rows: A new ETL task that will allow you to delete table records based on a variety of configuration options and a configurable WHERE clause. While caution should be used because this is a powerful task capable of deleting your data, the purpose of this task is to have opportunities to prune your data from certain records that are no longer needed.
- Data Hub > Flow Lines: Flowlines in an ETL job will now auto-repair when a task is deleted. This feature is applicable to the following tasks when deleted:

Administrative
- Automated License Renewal (ALR): This will be a complete change to the technical way iDashboards handles licensing, easing the administrative needs of our customer base when a license needs to change for purposes of: expiration date, user count, features added, etc.
- The previous licensing model will be retired throughout 2021
- Using the new licensing model will not be required upon upgrade. Beginning February 2021, the upgrade process will be a controlled rollout
- Future changes to the license may require a transition to the new ALR process
- The license upgrade process takes just a few minutes to perform
New Product:
- Scorecards Application: For multi-level organizations or Franchise structures, this application will help facilitate the management of an organization in terms of business ownership/hierarchy and the ability to better facilitate dashboard data that is filtered using these organizational levels. Collect information, set goals, and more. At this time the offering is not complete please keep an eye out for updates.
Upgrading
To upgrade please use the Support Download Site to download the CDROM files, for new clients, you will download the Production Installer. If you have used the Support Download Site in the past, you will use the same credentials. If you have not, please contact your Client Success Manager and we can help you obtain your credentials. It is often found in your license update emails, below the licensing information, you will see download URL, username, and password.
