Active Projects:

There is much excitement surrounding what we are planning for our future with AI. 2024 is going to continue to focus on valuable AI components integrated into iDashboards and TruOI.

• OAUTH for Microsoft SMTP: Microsoft is discontinuing Basic Authentication. Therefore, the application settings for SMTP are going to be improved to allow OAUTH setup.
• Knowledge Base Archive: Introduce a new 'retention' feature for AI Insights and emailed PDF Reports – helpful when retrieving historic information. These items will now be archived in an accessible web directory, enabling users to easily retrieve past reports and insights. The feature ensures organized, long-term preservation of valuable information, enhancing the Knowledge Base's utility as a comprehensive resource hub.
  • Previously, AI Insights had no option for retrieving historic chats.
  • Previously, Reports had no easy option for retrieving historical PDFs, aside from email.

Also...

• Suggestions within AI: Help users get started with AI Insights by suggesting context-specific suggestions.
• Sentiment Analysis: Analyze text data (e.g., comments, reviews) associated with the data to gauge sentiment and integrate sentiment insights into visualizations.
• Streaming AI: This will improve the speed of interacting with various AI chat screens.
• Improve AI: We've been aggressively developing numerous AI technologies and we already have a handful of ways to improve the performance and experience. These improvements will help with further analysis, more generation, easing the technical learning curve and assisting power users. 

Retirement:

• Tomcat 9 and older will not be supported in v12.7 or later. The minimum Tomcat for v12.7 and later will be 10.1.

Future Projects:

• UX/UI: Continuous improvements
• Product Usage/Feedback: This task will gather whatever metrics are available through a hosted installation and provide feedback to the administrator.
