Viewing Dashboard or Chart as a Report

This will require Builder privileges for setup and Viewer for implementation.

Viewing Dashboard as a Report

For all users:

1. Go to your iDashboards in your chosen web browser   http://<server:port>/idashboards
   Log into your iDashboards
2. Select the category you would like to view from, some of you may only have one Category and some of you may have many categories to select from.
3. Then either: 
   1. Double click on the dashboard you would like to view OR
   2. Click on it, then click on the open button in the bottom right corner.
4. Click on the hamburger button (three horizontal lines) in the top left corner of the dashboard.
5. Click the View Dashboard as Report.

Viewing Chart as a Report

For all users:

1. Go to your iDashboards in your chosen web browser   http://<server:port>/idashboards
   Log into your iDashboards
2. Select the category you would like to view from, some of you may only have one Category and some of you may have many categories to select from.
3. Then either: 
   1. Double click on the dashboard you would like to view OR
   2. Click on it, then click on the open button in the bottom right corner.
4. Click on the hamburger button (three horizontal lines) in the bottom left corner of the chart.
5. Click the View Chart as Report.

If your charts do not have the hamburger button on them, please contact an iDashboards/truOI builder or your iDashboards/truOI Admin within your company to have the Show Chart Menu buttons enabled.
