Enterprise Service Release v10.1c came out today. This release combines product updates and a small number of specific bug fixes as noted below.
Product Updates
- Admin & Licensed Users: A new property called Only Show Unlicensed Users, will be visible if more users are created versus what the license allows. Unlicensed users are not able to log into iDashboards, so this property allows you to identify those users. Unlicensed users occur when an iDashboards license is downgraded by either the total user count or by user role. When navigating to the Users page:
- IF: there is no discrepancy between the number/type of users created and what the license allows, THEN do not show the new property.
-
- ELSE: Show the new property (default=unchecked)
- When the property is unchecked, all created users will appear on the page: both licensed and unlicensed users. When the property is checked, then the page will refresh to show the users that exceed the license limits.
- Unlicensed users are determined by the order in which they were created, preserving the first-created users and voiding the last-created users. For example, if your old license contained 5-admins created in this order (a, b, c, d, e) and your new license contains 1-admin. Then only user a can log in and users (b, c, d, e) will be unlicensed.
- ELSE: Show the new property (default=unchecked)
- Admin > Alerts: The Carriers page now contains links to the user relationships.
Product Bugs
- Admin & Licensed Users:Between v10.0a and v10.1b, a license issue allowed an inaccurate number of Builder role users to be created. This caused issues creating other types of users and resulted in a MAX users-created warning dialog.
- Admin: Deleting a Stored Procedure would result in zeros for linked items like charts and picklists. This fix correctly re-populates the admin screen with the correct number of linked references. Additionally, some NextGen references were appearing correctly in the link count.
- Admin: In some installations, deleting a user would cause an issue if the user was associated with an SMS carrier.
Data Hub Bugs
- ETL Job Variable: The job variable would not display when previewing the data rows.
