This will require Builder privileges for setup and implementation.
iDashboards can set individual colors to columns but not to rows. However, as of 11/19/2020: v10.6 Improvements to the Bar/Column Charts were made. A new property: Bar/Column Color Type, adds the ability to utilize a specific color per-bar/column! Previously, bars could only be colored per Y-Axis Color or Range Color. The information used below can be found in the Chart Examples dashboards pack.

Chart Design
Create the chart with the following Data Structure:
- Input user friendly labels: X-Axis Label, Name, Data Column, Data Type
- Select the Chart Data Source
- Table/View select the Table you will use
- Stored Procedure select the Table you will use
- Excel Sheets select the Named Range you will use
- Click Next
- Then map your Data Columns to the Labels given
- Pivot and Hide will automatically appear if they are options for your Data Set
- Choose Column Chart, then Clustered Column
- Click Next then you will have created the Starting Charts

Changing the Bar/Column Colors
- In Chart Properties select Clustered Bar/Column Settings
- Set Bar/Column Color Type to Y-Axis Colors
- Select Colors and set your Y-Axis Colors
- You will then have created the Resolution Charts
