This will require direct access to the database server, data admin privileges for setup, and builder privileges for implementation.
Issue:
You are hitting an issue with the DATE format used in Oracle 10g. iDashboards reads the date information correctly, however the time info is being ignored; data coming into the chart is being reset to midnight of the specified date while the database contains the exact time information. A standard SQL query returns the proper time detail. The Oracle DB is version 10.2.0.5, and you are connecting to it via the Oracle 10g Release 2 Thin Driver. How do I ensure the time as well as date info is pulled through into iDashboards?
Resolution:
This is a compatibility issue with Oracle 10g, that was rolled back in 11g and later versions. Check out Oracle's Compatibility and Interoperability Between 10g and 11g Components on how to fix this issue.
