The Max Rows Exceeded message is displayed in order to warn the viewer that there are more rows in the database than the chart can display. This setting is limited in iDashboards Admin. iDashboards allows the user to edit the number of rows retrieved by a chart. The default value for the Maximum chart data rows / Non Pivot is set to allow 1000 rows and can be adjusted to any value between 100 and 4000 rows. The default value for the Maximum chart data rows / With Pivot is set to allow 3000 rows and can be adjusted to any value between 300 and 4000 rows.
