This requires Admin privileges.
In order to determine the correct iDashboards version, the iDashboards software must already be installed on the production server. Once it has been installed you can perform the following steps:
- Login to iDashboards Admin
- Select System then About
- The version displayed is the Build pre-11.0c (anything past that is not needed)
- Please put this information in a convenient location as you will use it in ALL of your tickets.
