Mobile Devices: Adding a Shortcut

With the departure of the iDashboards app, users may be wondering how they can easily access their dashboards when using a tablet or other mobile device. Fortunately, there is a simple workaround that will provide that same ease of access.

Apple Devices: IOS, iPhone, iPad, etc:

1. Open Safari and navigate to your iDashboards URL
2. Tap the share icon at the bottom of the screen
3. Tap the Add to Home Screen option

Android Devices:

1. Open Chrome and navigate to your iDashboards URL
2. Tap the menu button (3 dots) in the upper right-hand corner
3. Tap Add to homescreen and give your shortcut a name
