Problem:
LDAP Authentication had been enabled and working with no problems for several months - then suddenly regular users were not able to login, and instead received this error:
The login module is not correctly configured. See the iDashboards error logs for more information. (Invalid authMode)
Resolution:
The problem is the password for the LDAP Service Account set to authenticate AD Credentials has expired. Refreshing the password for the Service Account will resolve this and allow user to access iDashboards again.
